MATLAB（矩阵实验室）是MATrix LABoratory的缩写，是一款由美国The MathWorks公司出品的商业数学软件。MATLAB是一种用于算法开发、数据可视化、数据分析以及数值计算的高级技术计算语言和交互式环境。除了矩 阵运算、绘制函数/数据图像等常用功能外，MATLAB还可以用来创建用户界面及与调用其它语言（包括C，C++和FORTRAN）编写的程序。

1) 挂载安装镜像，运行"X:\setup.exe"(X为挂载的盘符)，若要32位的运行"X:\bin\win32\setup.exe"
2) 选择"不使用Internet安装"
3) 安装密钥 12313-94680-65562-90832
4) 安装完成后，选择licence路径为 "X:\serial\license.lic"
5) 将 "X:\serial\MatlabX32" 或 "X:\serial\MatlabX64" 里win64或32下的dll复制到安装目录下的bin/win64或win32下
