专辑介绍：
1998年11月2日 英国发行了一套四张的CD John Lennon Anthology，其中包括了100多首约翰生前未发行的歌曲（11月3日在美国发行）。当时发行的时候就有很多人猜测是用盒装来发行，并且内容很可能就是一些重要的作品，这些猜测虽然没有被证实，但问题出现了，很多的以前的内容被严重盗版，出版商和大野洋子当然会感到棘手。尽管被盗版，大野洋子依然不同意官方收集 Lennon 物品，直到1998年披头士选集系列证明了一次关键性的商业上的成功之后，诞生了 Lennon 的四CD 盒装选集。其中包括很多在家里的录音，演示，很多都是以前市面上从来都没有发布过的。以此，由于这样的内容使得这次的盒装选集与其说是音乐专辑，还不如说是用耳朵来聆听列侬的个人传记，所有的对话片断，半成品歌曲，仿拟，确保它的与众不同！同时还用夸张的手法画了个耐人寻味的 Lennon 画像，画的是个普通的男子，并非艺术家。
