黄段子学生会作为相对久远的动画，原盘画质自然也就相对久远了，有比较明显的锯齿、ringing 以及 banding。为此进行了 AA、dering、deband，后加以锐化补偿并增强感官。
此外，黄段子学生会既然作为相对久远动画，原盘结构自然也就相对久远了，有着和 interlace 一样作为人类智慧的结晶的连体盘结构，而且还连带着大量的音轨、章节偏移现象。我们的整理组使用了包括但不限于信号处理的技术手段，对偏移的音轨尽可能的进行了对齐，同时修正了偏移的章节。音乐方面除了一贯无人放流的多张 Radio 之外已经尽数收齐，并配有完整的 CUE Info，不出意外是全网最齐全最整理的黄段子学生会音乐合集。
关于第二季的 OVA & OAD，由于并没有完全出完，所以只有一集是具有 BD 原盘的，剩下的只有 DVD 源，预计要第二季的 OVA & OAD 完全制作完成后才能有 BDBOX 发售。所以我们用 waifu2x 处理的 DVD 源制作了 DVDRip 先行带上，等日后有 BDBOX 后再做 BDRip。另外剧场版作为第二季 OVA & OAD 的一部分，是其中的20-21集，也有附带上。
由于制作时间跨度比较长，过程中使用的技术有所变化，编码器版本及编码参数有变化是非常正常的事情，请不要奇怪。
Seitokai Yakuindomo is a relatively old series and the picture quality of the source looks ancient as well. It contains pronounced aliasing ringing and banding artifacts. To deal with this AA dering and deband filtering are applied and sharpened to enhance visual perception.
Furthermore the structure of the Blu-ray is also old with all episodes concatenated which results in various shifts in audio and chapter timing. The assembly group utilize DSP and other techniques to align shifted audio. All audio contents except for the radio contents where there's no existing sources on the web are included with complete CUE info. This should be the most complete audio assemble of the anime.
The OVA and OAD's of the second season are not fully released yet so only the first episode is sourced from Blu-ray else are from DVD sources. It is estimated that BD-Box be released after OVA and OAD's for second season are comlete. So we apply waifu2x to make DVD rips and wait until the Blu-ray is released to start on BD rip. The movie is part of the OVA and OAD for second season (ep. 20 - 21) and are included.
This project took us a long time and the technology changes from time to time so it is normal that some encoder versions and parameters are different across the encodes.
